Patagonia customers tell us their desire for fair working conditions for the people who build their product; experts at universities and NGOs outline the challenges inherent in global production; and Patagonias social-responsibility and production staff talk about the tightrope walk of doing the right thing yet working in a competitive world.
Why is the background music Indian music when they are not Indian!?

@waypor1 Thanks for making my decision on buying a Fleece Jacket from Patagonia. Because of cheap overseas labor , I bought a Special Operations PCU Level 3 Fleece Jacket. It was made out of Polaretec Thermal Pro, manufactured in Kentucky and the workers are disabled. Whatever Patagonia puts up, I did better by the purchase then they could do.

@uncleavi2002 This does relate to the rights to environmental sustenance occupation and why government is not working for the people in the world but for those who control commodity. The roots to economics is the physical mediums of human extension in technological evolution or the material structure which is in the process of consumption of natural resources tied to expansion in population growth which will continue exponetially leading to greater issues in poverty and social separation.
