Glad to see this ex LT National retained its second set of doors as well as the perspex partitions. It seems that the two single seats that were on the near side in between the two doors have been replaced with a row of dual seats. Nearly all LT Natonals were of 36 seat dual-door configuration. All the KJD, AYR, YYE, THX, BYW registration ones were. People's Provincial (took over by First in late '95) in Hampshire bought fourteen of these and left virtually unchanged apart form the paint scheme.

ARRIVA are the worse bus company going..... Derby buses run by ARRIVA Midlands are so shabby these days but ARRIVA run them into the ground and just patch them up til they break down again and again!

That poor gearbox! Did all the chase drivers change gear like this? Pause and ease off the gas between gears - even I know that and I'm not a "proper" bus driver!
