It is true, its a mentality that some poorer blacks cling to because of years and years of living off the taxpayers and told by their families that they won't ever amount to anything, so they might as well not even try and collect a check every month. A lot of blacks don't buy into that crap though, so they get out there and make a living for themselves and their families and don't do ignorant things. Such as, having kids out of wedlock as a teen, living in a trailer and leasing a car.

It would be nice if you ended your sentences once in awhile instead of going on and on and on... White trash Southerners? Do you know that New Orleans is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the entire US? Whites and blacks live together, work together, and party together every day here. If someone protected their home with firearms, thats survival, but if someone went out and murdered, well, thats criminal. Looters stealing TV's and tennis shoes were not about survival.

@peacsign Blacks are NEVER racist toward Whites, they NEVER commit terrible gang rapes, murders, robberies, drive bys ( and certainly not en masse on a daily basis) - it is only "Whitey" that can be wrong. Whites do not deserve the right to protect themselves in thier own communities - they should just hand thier guns over the Blacks who will treat them with kindness and respect.. LOL!!
