Filmed by Oscar-nominated Director William Gazecki. DVDs in the Series are available from EnergyFromTheVacuum.com. In Part 3 Dr. Chung demonstrates her apparent negative resistor in the lab. at the University at Buffalo, NY.
@MrAncientalien It is disgraceful that as a native person of America a citizen whom wants to benefit his own people that you are treated inferiorly to while non-whites are able to gain freebies to get in. So much for racial equality! Affirmative Action what a joke
You should demand to your local Parliament representative for changes or what can be done to get you into such a school - DEMAND

F*ck patents... All you have to do is create a different design of it. You can't patent a law of nature. You can make different designs revolving around the same principle as long as you know the physics. Just because a car has a steering wheel it doesnt mean other cars cant use it.

Where is part 2? I've been looking for a while, but can't find it.

It's not patented because the US Army already has such devices ... this is also what Tom Bearden claims and whatever people say he knows what he's talking about .
The documentary is called "Energy from the vacuum" where they specify that she has been funded by the US Army and that a patent by the university of Buffalo had filed for a patent but had then "for some reason" dropped the application. The same happened to Kron's negative resistor .. which he was never allowed to patent thx to US Navy

@overunitydotcom
why do you say it could not be used for free energy ... anything that creates overunity is free energy no ? it's not perpetual but thats a different story . They don't patent it for military reasons . Like Kron was never able to patent his negative resistor .
I don't claim to understand it fully but in theory you generate a large overnunity by using a Bedini Wheel + the Carbon app. negative resistor with a stack of Betteries in backend no ?

not going for patent protection ?? what sorta university would do that? somebody got to the university's broad of regents..u can't get any better evidence of the suppression of alternative energy ..the oil & power companies musta told the government to make sure this doesn't get out

Unfortunately Deborah´s Chung thing is only a partial negative resistor and always needs a supply voltage, so does not work on its own, so it could not be used to get free energy.
This puzzle was long time ago already solved by the free_energy group and also with the help of Jean Louis Naudin.
So it is no wonder, why they don´t patent it..

i haven't been able to focus on EFTV3 at all or benefit from it. its probably because i just dont understand what she is saying. i think i should probably focus and listen to it but i havent.

That may be, I was trying to communicate that the preview should be redone, it looks like a college lecture. That is what the preview seems to communicate. The other preview to EFTV2 was excellent. I cannot comment on the movie as I have not seen it, only that preview would turn me off, unlike the other EFTV preview 2 which is accurate, and enticing.

EFTV doesnt learn you anything, unlike college lectures and the books.
