@moonrayz4 - I am aware of two other group recordings of this song. One is by the Fleetwoods, but I do not know if it was released as a single. The other is an obscure thing by "The Fabians". That one seems (to these ears) as a bit more R&B than this recording.

@moonrayz4 - No, I never heard a group version. Surprising since this was an enormous record when it was out. You'd think some group would have covered it
