Definitely not "Saviours of punk rock" scrapping a whole entire album because of your label not being into it is not really punk. Something about a dark and psychedelic album, couldn't have sounded much better. I cant even remember what we got instead. Who would agree labeling themselves to something as big and pompous as being the saviours of anything anyways. Youtube wants me to spell saviors this way, I'm tirred. Shit my toast almost got burned, I SAVED it, errrr..Count in fives a great song.

@hellafan I looked up at the director's website and noticed this film was not part of his credits and I just wrote directly to sundance asking where is the film in its archives. Yes it is very missing.

i love bands that make music for themselves, not just for the public. they always make the best music, even if they don't have very many fans. it's more... magical. i know that they need attention, they need money, but come on... you don't have to be the beatles to have enough money to live and be happy.
don't make number one hits - just make good music.
the horrors are awesome artists. i love them.

They're fucking excellent. the fact that they havnt had that much success is why they're fucking brilliant. They're making music because they want to and they enjoy it, they're not trying to appeal to anyone.
