  • Hi guys

I've uploaded a new vidoe recipe - avocado ice cream based on the avocado milk shake which takes me right back to my childhood in Rangoon.

Incredibly easy to make - buttery, creamy and rich. Watch the video and get the free recipe from my blog.

  • I made these today and they were delicious! I prefer this recipe to the one in my Burmese Kitchen cookbook. Thank you!

  • @safa55 She does not cheat Madame. Burmese people consider this as one of Burmese food. It might have arrived to Burma when British colonized Burma in 18th century or when Burmese solders served in Queen's army and fought in Mesopotamia. There are many adopted food recipes all over the world. Nowadays the world is getting smaller, so many more food are adopted to meet the local appetite and culture. We have to welcome it.
