Hello America....Been Reading a few of your reviews...Stop Whinging and
moaning about this and that..Judge the Performance on Merit ..not on all this other stuff..That Performance was Great like Your Country .

nascarfreak88dale...ummm, sorry but LD Bell has won Sweepstakes at UIL for, oh, let's say the past 40 years. I graduated from Trinity, their rival in the HEB school district years ago, and LD Bell has always been one of the best bands in the Region year in and year out. They place more members in the All-Region and All-State bands than the majority of bands in Texas which, by definition, means they don't "suck". The band places near thetop in marching season year in and year out for a reason.

@nascarfreak88dale They are a strictly Marching Band. When it come to concert season, to be blatant, they suck (or have for the past 10-20 years). Bell is very good at marching and have some of the best teachers in the state. Seeing this as a freshman made me want to work hard for state this year. Can't wait to see them at state, the best of luck, and poor Richland...

What was amazing about this show is that they went back to really showing off marching and playing skills, throwing up all those visually captivating props and overly glorified soloists. What they had in this show is a true band of musicians, each player playing 100% of the time. They pulled it off with an amazing sound, a great show, and a reminder of what a real band plays and looks like.
This show really did amaze me.

LD Bell, saw you at nationals. Great show. I think this is one of my favorite shows, the cleanest Bell show I've ever seen. It complimented the band's abilities perfectly. AWESOME!
