8 Democrats unsurp the legislative process in an unconstitutional manor in New Hampshire to attempt to BAN firearms (and dangerous/deadly weapons: knifes, pepper spray, fists, steel-toed boots, etc, etc) in the statehouse. The vote was not on an agenda, was not up for discussion, debate, one member of the committee had gone home because they were not aware of the vote.

In the video I may have said something about going to try to talk to the 8 democrats, I will not be doing this and I highly recommend no one else doing it, nor going into the Statehouse to provoke this issue. Many current representatives (democratic and republican) are going to be fighting this issue and we should let that work out. Also, please write a letter in protest to the senators as well as the speakers of the house. This will do the most good.

Protest: Wednesday December 23rd, 2:30-4:00pm at the statehouse.

  • Do these public servants read there Constitution?

They took an oath to uphold it...(it is perjury not to do so...hmmmm...I wonder if they know that?)

    Oh....silly me...what is a Constitution anyways...?

Maybe they will have the time to learn and read it, after they get the boot this upcoming election!

  • No, they don't know or care about the constitution. They claimed they did this because a bunch of armed people were rowdy when they voted against HCR6..... well I think that just went to show them that the type of people who would likely follow the ban are the ones who aren't likely to shoot or threaten them.

The ones they need to fair will now know that those inside or leaving the building are now defenseless and easy targets.

  • Kinda new to all this. Does it not have to come up for a full vote to go into effect? How would this work they have no metal detectors at the state house. You also do not have to allow them to search you when you enter you have the right to turn around and leave. So what course of action do we the people have to undo this in justice? I seems they are going after all firearms even LEO they only want the rent a cops to be armed.

  • No, it was a backdoor way to get the ban since it failed something like 279-19 in 2008. It would only work if you OCed, or someone saw you flash, or you were carrying a knife....or pepper spray or they wanted to harass you.

  • So they banned pens? (Pens are dangerous weapons, at least in my hands)

  • So are fists, steel-toed boots, wood (you can get a splinter!)

  • @OpenCarryNH or you could bludgeon someone over the head with the wood until their head explodes .... :D

  • LOL, wow they must really FEAR THE PEOPLE. I'll bet you anything the jackasses who voted for it are all mass transplants. So what now a class action lawsuit? We need to do something. We need to push back and get this over turned. Who would be up for joining a class action?

  • People from Texas are on your side and admires your freedom and tenacity.

  • I know the legislators are using pens as weapons :-)
