King Ayisoba makes the world just a better place. Listening to his music, I feel - as a European -, that we all came from Africa some 10000 years back and we still carry a piece of it with us, deep inside.
I wonder if I could go to Ghana some day and learn a bit more of the culture...

@awkwardfalls King Ayisoba isn't Hausa, he's a Gurunsi man. They are one of the northern groups in Ghana, although there are Hausas in Ghana too, it is not just the Hausa who have these stringed instruments, they are played from Mali to Sudan by the fulani, mandinkas, hausa, zarma, mole-dagomba, gurunsi etc. Its part of a shared northern culture that crosses these colonial man-made borders.

He is not only making Ghana proud he is
Along all Africans proud! I love this music. I am Nigerian and first heard him in whilst living in Ghana. Very insprational he speaks the truth and tells a story that relates to all Africa. I believe he is a Huasa man. If you know geographical history , hausa kingdom covers in northern region from east to west Nigeria to Ghana that's why you here the Hausa sound! That kingdom existed way before Nigeria and modern day Ghana where given those names. This

There is a great similarity between this song and the Hausa songs in Northern Nigeria. Would not want to say that is where he got his inspiration though.

It is because of people like this that Ghana must wake up. There are several talents like this guy. The question is how would they be discovered and given the lift up to reach their destination? And what our politicians know is only insults!
