15 motors to light at once off the pad, the motor part worked so well they exceeded the speed of the vehicle. Seen at Red Glare 3 at MDRA.

  • what size engines did you use for each, probably no bigger than a G17-40 im guessing due to the weight. i have a hard time sometimes getting a 3 cluster of F23's off the ground !

    looked awesome though!!!!!

  • All EX H motors if I recall correctly

  • What were the motors? It wasn't supposed to lawn dart like that was it?

  • No it was supposed to have a chute, but the motors exceeded the ability of the materials. It had 15 38mm EX motors....exactly what their designation was is unknown to me.

  • more angle on those would've lent to more vertical thrust, it seems a great deal of energy was spent in diagonal vectors in stead of vertical, so i wonder of all those motors, hoe much energy was spend canceling eachother's diagonal thrust out?

  • @VooDooRocketry was their a central motor?

  • I guess getting to start burning at the same time is easier than getting them to STOP burning at the same time.

  • Wow, I didn't think it would work at the beginning. The more motors, the more chance of stuffing up.

  • LANDSHARKKKKK!!!

  • that thing got as crazy as a 9 assed monkey at the end there ! -cool

  • i want to make a rocket that i can fire off a balconey that will explode and fire airsoft pelets at in all that will hit ppl

  • Got just a little out of sorts, what?

  • I couldn't make out in the background that smartass conversation, but I think it went something like this:

    "Wasn't that made by Boing?"

    "You mean, Boeing?"

"No, it went up, and then went Boi - iing!"

  • great camera work mate
