For todays workout (by request) I used the Czar Alexander II 1870 Kettlebell. It's 2 Pood, or a little over 32kg/70lb. I chose Bottom Up Clean because this Classic Kettlebell is not really meant for exercise, but that doesn't man it wasn't asking to be lifted! This was brought all the way back from Russia several years ago and is the oldest kettlebell in America as far as I know.
