The Electro-Technical Council of Ireland have produced this video to highlight the importance of Residual Current Devices (RCDs) as an essential safety element of an electrical installation. The video explains its operation, where to find RCDs and how they are tested. ETCI strongly recommends that all RCDs are tested regularly, at least twice annually.
