Koda the miniature pony was meant to be small, but not this small. The spunky 12-month-old steed - just 59cm high and 35kg was born with dwarfism and is believed to be the smallest horse in Australia.

Dr Andrew Lynch from Yarrambat Vetinary Hospital explains the operations Koda has endured and what care he will need in the future.
