Cant learn from DVD's. You can some but if you start working with energy you need someone to guide you. it is reall stuff and isn't a game. One must be mentally ready to handle this type of energy otherwise it can hurt you. Bad.

@wudang1 Let them think "there is no work to the Chinese Arts" Any one with sincere interest can find a master for themselves. Even researching the MA history of Master Yeung reveals the training undertaken. Let the denialists be deluded by their preconceived notions of force and effort - let them suppose it is anything other than training - body and mind. Let them call it fake; that they are acting; or under hypnosis and accept their arrogance and ignorance. They will discover too.
