First, you have to create a file with all the subtitles; then go to My Videos, go in the list of your videos to the video you want to add the cc to, and press the Edit button. Then go to the Captions and Subtitles tab and add the file there. I hope it helps.

Add &fmt=18 after the URL (website address in the address bar of the browser) for getting a better definition.
