Recovery ROCKS-- Eating Disorder Awareness Facebook Speak Out HOPE Day!!!

All you have to do is join the event and post positivity or awareness messages about recovery.

(We did this last year and had over 500 people participate)

This is a simple day set aside to drive home a very important and powerful message of hope, awareness and recovery. There is way to much misconception about eating disorders because of Pro ED and thinspo sites on the Internet. Eating Disorders are NOT choices but they are serious mental illnesses.

This day is to post anything and everything recovery related to help support those fighting life and death battles with ED's. Please invite all your friends and post positive messages of hope and inspiration. We need to rally together and fight back against these negative sites and bring recovery to the masses.

All you have to do is join the event and post positivity or awareness messages about recovery.
