Thank you so much! I followed your steps and the first time I pushed the starter it fired right up! I would add the bottom bowl bolt closest to the middle of the bike requires either a very long or very short screwdriver. On mine the black rubber grommet was quite stuck and I had to gently remove it to not rip it. It took over 30 minutes to get the pilot jet clear using 4# fishing line and a whisk broom strand. Next time I'll buy some cleaner. Thank you so much for the instructive video!

For what it's worth, I found that a piece of fishing line works well to clean out the pilot jet.

Great Job on the video! just need to steady the camera. Do you have any other helpful hints on the ttr 90?

HaHaH.... Yes my 10 year old daughter recorded it for me. She's awesome. The only other tip I have is ride it often and use a gas stabilizer in your tank after you ride. I have always had a very hard time keeping the carb clean. Other than that the bike is a dream.

That's very cool. Exactly why I posted this video. If the bike has sat for a really long time I have had to repeat this procedure a couple of times but it always works. Also, the pilot jets only cost about $15 so they are not that expensive if you just want to replace it altogether. Good Luck and glad to hear you are saving some mullah.
