Smucker's makes a natural PB. Remember it is VERY high in calories for the volume of food you get when eating it. Melon, oranges, strawberries, etc. give a SWEET taste but have fiber and are filling. A good book is "Eat this, not this." Made me realize a lot about food choices.

@Jibbie49 hey thanks, i'll be looking for that, and although the calories are high, some times you have to do it, but of course not until i'm on p3, a couple mor weeks, yipee.

A company called (Fifty 50) makes sugar free Peanut Butter. It looks like they do not add any kind of sugar (i.e. sugar alcohol - maltitol, sorbitol etc.). I've never tried it before but you may like it.
