The WildFire's that apread across the West Texas Range
250,000 acres destroyed, 70 homes destroyed, but thankfully to the hard work of the firefighters, volunteers, and others central Ft. Davis is untouched.. A tragic loss for so many people, to you are my best wishes and support. West Texas is really a helping hand area.. we all stick together when the times get tough.. "to see the light at the end of the tunnel you have to move through the dark." i hope that quote is right..

  • Amazing Video Well done It was like i was there.

  • Thanks for documenting and sharing...great footage. Only thing I would have liked to have seen added was a pass thru town so I could get my bearings on where everything was and what damage was done there...

  • great job on the video. it's tough to watch. Austin just got hit with a decent size fire that was pretty devastating but doesn't even compare to the issue in West Texas.

  • This makes me cry!! I live in Kermit and take freaquent trips to Alpine and Ft. Davis, and it's heartbreaking to see a place you love so dearly destroyed beyond anything you could imagine.

  • who knew this would happen,by the way i live in iraan tx its close to shefield and the places that got burned and we could se it close to the mountins

  • thoughts and prayers to all involved, it just goes to show why Texas is the greates state to live in, while the fires destroyed property and landscape, it did not destroy yalls spirit, yall will rebuild and life will go on....

  • It almost got my Sister's home on the border of Fisher/Scurry Counties last night. This is terribly sad. On a brighter note, thanks for the great video. Keep up the good work brother.

  • @TheAviator226 Hopefully the rain will come before that, and you'll get to see the green brilliance of regrowth, and the beauty of regeneration.

  • God Bless Texas!!

  • My daughter told me about this video...She live in Alpine...IT MADE ME CRY TOO!

    Excellent Work!
