You can do a video about the the grouchy older customer who's never been in a SBs in her life who's snarling, "I just want a REGULAR cup of FRIGGIN' COFFEE! Black! You know! Coffee! CUP! WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE BE SO FRIGGIN' DIFFICULT PEOPLE!"

But you've got to do one with a 'customer' like me. One who's only been in a SBs once or twice and has no friggin' idea what to order. Make sure that there are 500 people in line behind them while the 'customer' asks a dozen stupid questions, say's "um" a lot...
.... and finally ends up ordering, "something chocolaty that's about this (holds hands up) big... and not too strong.... very chocolaty..."
