The world is now seeing the economic uncertainty of the U.S. but for many Americans, it has been apparent for quite some time. Economic despair has been spreading across our nation and it can be seen by the rising number of middle class Americans losing their homes. In some cases, joblessness and inability to pay rent has forced people to live in their cars, shelters, or on the sidewalk.

The rich are highly organized while we are busy barely feeding and clothing our selves. If we can't organize there is no hope for us and right now it looks like there is no hope.

WTF? Feeding the homeless is illegal? Why? And what is the charge for sleeping in your vehicle? If you have no place else to go, what harm could it possibly cause anyone. Are they suggesting you sleep in jail instead of your vehicle? It's the people that own that government property. I have to wonder what the hell is going on in this country that the people haven't revolted over these tyrannical laws.

I agree with Buffet, but he is completely disingenuous. Berkshire Hathaway and the Wal-Mart corporation recently fucked over the people of Milwaukee WI by forcing the city and state to pay for the cleanup of pollution left by a company that Berkshire owned and then sold the land to Walmart. The two richest families in the world expect public welfare and government largesse to clean up their mess.

It's not that the rich are merely organized, but they understand the game. Most folks don't even know there's a game going on. And if they do, scapegoats are strategically created for people to focus their frustrations on. They've effectively used guns, religion, racism, patriotism, etc... to keep people focused on their hang-ups and prejudices instead of realizing the issue is really about rich vs poor of all backgrounds.

This is the grim reality of things and I doubt it is only limited to the US. Eventually poverty and class warfare will extend to other countries across the globe.
