cant eat before giving birth? it gives you alot of energy! where im from you can eat drink and w,e to get labour going :) congrats though...also good for the socks as u get cold feet during labour =[ :)

i would definately suggest u bring your own towels..the towels at the hospital arent very big and typically white..so u may want your own ..for your hair ..or wash cloth.
