Hmm probably the best thing I can offer as advice is work on how high you're jumping up. If you have any momentum doing your backflip you aren't rotating while high in the air. Pretty much you want to jump to your apex, don't rotate prematurely. You'll rotate at the top of your jump and you land on your feet with downwards momentum, thus you shouldn't have any backwards or forwards momentum.

You should take your own advice... you spin as soon as you leave the ground.
