Canon in D - Excellent Piano Version

I'm trying to find either the sheet music or original source for this version of Canon in D. Any help appreciated! By far my favorite version. ( Btw I realize the signature in the photo doesn't match the song, my bad :) )

i still think is sounds like Saul Wassweiler from the village in New York.. On a Bosendorfer 290 ( 97 key) .. The start sounds lower then D.. Still bet on A.. just has that Bosendorfer Sound with a lot of sympathetic resonances fro the Black keys on the opening..
