Budget Suspension Trainer

Www.Deerfieldpersonaltrainer.com demonstrates a low-cost, easy to assemble suspension trainer.Here's what you need: two 6-foot lengths of chain, 2 'painter's carabiners' (to clip to the overhead bar) 2-4 normal carabiner clips, 2-4 typical machine handles. Generally, your local home store (Home Depot, Lowes) will cut the chains for you. Clip the large painter's clips to one end of the chain, then to the bar. Clip the handles into the chain at whatever height you like using the smaller carabiners. Easy. Total cost was less than $50.
