We in Mexico City have "the best mayor of whole world, "but he has overcrowded Mexico City, destroying the life quality where I live. The world wealthiest man Carlo$ $lim has developed a mall and a museum of art "reproductions," that had colapsed our transportation problems and life quality here in Mexico City We are overcrowded by street vendors, valet parkings that are the owners of streets, sidewalks, etc OOf course each year he increases land taxes

Actually, every capital city in the Third World either has an urban sprawl problem or potentially has one, due to the constant influx of people coming to the Big City and looking for work - Mexico City, Lima, the major Brizilian cities, Beijing and the major Chinese cities on the coast, Cairo, Karachi, Delhi - you name it. In general, the poorer the country, the less urban planning and the uglier sprawl.

Another great reason to not have children. Also, people who have chosen not to have children should get a HUGE tax break. Think of the resources that are saved, the pollution that isn't produced.
