I watch this video whenever I have a dysphoria attack, its an amazing video, and helps a little bit. Especially the message in the beginning.

great vid. i struggle w dysphoria all my life..and i'm 28 already.i know i will never get transition like you guys but i hope one day i can get atleast top surgery. i just got to buy binder this year n it make my life better - less dysphoria, more comfortable when i move around, have more confidence.... most important is i'm happier :)

Cognition basically removes the possibility of the same mindset of homosexuality. (Now to the question so i quit seeming as rude.) Do you think they are truely one in the same? Did you feel homosexual attraction before reaching the conclusion that you felt male? Anything else you have to say would help as well. A friend of mine identiies as FtM, and i try to understand before being to harsh in judgment.

Possibly here I may get an answer that is not considering me a bigot.-------I understand the basis of homosexuality, it is far different than most think. The sexuality comes from a deeper emotional feeling(what love truely is). But trans-gender/gender dysphoria makes very little sense. It seems like it is a psychological dysfunction(please dont take this wrong), butone cannot argue that they were born into the wrong body since that requires thought. Something aquired throught cognition.
