HI - the issue with the heat gun is that the device die gets to a very dangerous temperature that will effect the devices operation in either its immediate use or in a short time afterwards. Our process does not induce this extra heat concern.

Hi, it only takes about 10-15 minutes in total. The main advantage is that there is no additional reflow on the devices.
