Rep. Gabrielle Giffords led a huge crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance at a candlelight vigil in Tucson, Ariz. on Sunday. The event was held to remember a shooting there one year ago that killed six people, and wounded Giffords and others. (Jan. 9)

There is nothing wrong with the way she is speaking. She was SHOT IN THE HEAD a year ago. She had to learn to speak all over again. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for making fun of something like that. I think he had done a hell of a job coming back so far. This was one of the best things I have heard in my life! For those saying she is behaving childlike and is not fit./...Hello she is partially paralyzed I do not see a problem with her intellectual ability rather that she can not use her right side well. @ism3c That's a new one to me. The ballot box would be the correct means to solve political differences. Giffords's child-like demeanor suggests she is unfit to serve. Democrats could just caucus in another Democrat anyway. Instead, she is exploited by the Democratic Party in a sick and demeaning way. Typical.
