A Tour of my Hamster's Cage

This video was made by request.
So he no longer has his purple igloo cause it was just a bit too small for him as he got bigger, but he does have a square kinda climbing hole house and a little yellow house he sleeps in and under.
I bought this cage as a starter kit set for about 50 dollars, it came with the wheel, the tube and platform, food, shavings and a dish and water bottle.
The water bottle i pitched cause it would not stop leaking, and I can warn you now that when you put this thing together there are big gaps in the sides all the way around, do something to close these gaps with twist ties or something your hamster won't eat otherwise they will get stuck trying to get through the bars.
I know this set up seems somewhat cramped but my hamster really enjoys it, he has lots to do and plenty of things to climb on, he can get to his food and water and his wheel is not obstructed by anything, so he is quite happy with it.

The cage was purchased at Petsmart but the cube house was purchased at Zellers, the yellow house at Petland.
Both were under 10 dollars each.

I just got a nice cage at petsmart for $40 its BIG 27L x 17w x25D. ( I have a video of it on my page :) my Teddy bear hamster loves it...Cages marketed for hamsters are actually too small.. so If you are going to upgrade your cage go for a rat cage. Lots of room with thin bars so they cant sneak out. I like all the toys you have in your cage.

That cage is wayy to small. I recommend you get either a tank,, or a crittertrail cage so u can add it. And heres a tip. Get a waterbottle!!!!! Nit trying to be rude or anything
