It's a difficult song, but yeah she missed a fair few notes in there, which I think is throwing a few people off. That said, she's got some very interesting tones and textures in her voice, and with more training she should be able realize a pretty impressive potential.

Keep at it, as artists with some talent, you're going to be held to a much higher standard than the average person, so you gotta work really hard at your craft.
