I know what uve done. You've put it all on very high settings so it lags, then recorded it lagging like hell, sped it up to make it look smooth :)

On my Graphic card that is inpossible (GeForce 8500 GT, DDR2, 256 Physic m, 512 m Virtual m, GPU 500MHZ, Memory clock 400 MHZ) only I can have settings on medium

It could easily be real. I remember when Oblivion first came out, there were multiple techniques you could use to mod the games graphics. I had max setting and it ran close to 30fps with this same card. You can tell that he only played it at 1024x768 to give an edge on the rates. So I'd say this is possible, only things that set it off are the high quality of the water and shadows.
