This is why people need to re-enstate the Baby Moses Law. This kind of shit would never happen if parents who were overwhelmed and knew they couldn't take care of a child were given safe havens to leave a child at BEFORE it got this bad, and these children could be given responsible parents and good homes with new families who want them and who are just sitting there waiting to love a new baby.

@nightmarefreak73 You would think they would feed her, or hold her give her some love. The person who made this video why could you not give the child some food or hold her. When I was younger and in the hospital a lot; if my parents could not come to see me, I had nurses come and sit with me and read me a story, other parents that are there to see there kid.

wow it sad that people think chines people actually eat dog when in fact its illegal in china. Now for the main point of this video poor little baby girl its not her fault she was born a girl yet she suffers for it. I cant understand it but thats probably because i don't understand a lot of things people do in general.
