@Tjmvirtual You may be able to get by with it but:
* if you are on your first round it is usually best for most folks to stick close to the original Protocol in order to have a benchmark of your body's reactions to the way it works to compare experiments with other foods not on the original menu and how your body responds
* and if you do experiment, make sure to count those additional calories into your 500 allotted.

I am tracking my HCG order and see it is originating in India. Is this going to be the real thing and safe?
