it would be cool for industrial music. I wounld say put different thicknes metal plates under the drills with some sort of mic wired to it, and maybe hook it up to an effects board. I reckon you could get some twisted sounds out of that setup. But anyway, the idea is different and original. He seems to be more of an inventor, and clearly likes different sounds made from his devices, so stop saying negative things man, he doesnt claim to be Jimmi Hendrix.

If the "artist" would truly have been an ARTIST, then he would have let the drills hammer towards DIFFERENT materials.
