Had to push Back & Biceps to today because I didn't get enough sleep, had improv class - I just ran out of gas for the day.
Some notes about today's workout - I wasn't able to complete two workouts being the latter pull-ups exercises - Towel Pull-ups and Max Rep Pull-ups - reason being that forgot my towel and the towels provided at the gym were too big to get a good grip on. As for the Max Rep pullups - I didn't have anything left in me to squeeze out even one.
Next time my benchmark will be ONE for each.. now that's really raising the bar high! ;)
