It is choreographed people. It's almost like a dance. This is beautiful. If only this were an Olympic sport!

i have to agree with you. I don't want to but it seems like the female part of the competition really seems to focus on poses, I have a feeling it has something to do with making the "fight" look beautiful. I really don't like it
