It was a pleasure to shoot and edit this video. Some very powerful moments at the last 3 summer conferences I've been to and am very happy to have been eating macrobiotics for a little over 2 years. I've noticed a lot of improvements to my health and generally clearer mind and heightened awareness of everything. Very good for the creative process.

My friend died a very painful death because she relied to her detriment on the claims made by Michio Kushi and many other Kushi counselors who personally advised her over a span of 20+ years. She developed a tumor while a strict follower of Michio Kushi. It was a type of tumor that is easily treatable with conventional surgery, but she opted to treat it exclusively with macrobiotics and the other holistic remedies which the Kushi Institute counselors recommended to her.
