Looks like your lacking in nutrients there , no wonder since you have no mulch on the surface of your field. Also you have no nitrogen fixing trees for a hundred yards. This is why farmers stopped being organic in the first place. Seems like you want to sell your organics for inflated prices but havent bothered to research permaculture methods.

Ohhh, I'm really sorry. That's the thing about farming, isn't it--risky business. If you were not organic, would there have been some intervention available to improve your yield?
