@mehrdeutig I noticed that... I think that is a slightly exagerrated form of squatting because of the kettle weight he is holding. Usually with free squats or weighted squats, our back would naturally appear less tourqued.

When he is squatting facing the wall, shouldn't his spine be more neutral? Torquing his neck backward seems like it is putting a lot of strain on it.
