  • your wall squat was better then your free squat, by pointing your toes out recruits more muscles Glute, hams and quads then having your toes facing forward which shows a quad dominance......Wall squats is a power-lifting technique

  • @mehrdeutig I noticed that... I think that is a slightly exagerrated form of squatting because of the kettle weight he is holding. Usually with free squats or weighted squats, our back would naturally appear less tourqued.

  • When he is squatting facing the wall, shouldn't his spine be more neutral? Torquing his neck backward seems like it is putting a lot of strain on it.
