Zack & Wiki - King of the Jungle (1 of 2)

Well, here it is: With all of the jungle challenges finished, Zack moves on to take on the big beast of the jungle himself, King Growl. Of course, Zack is thoroughly outmatched: This thing is a chimera between a gorilla, a lion, and a snake. Get too close, and he'll squish Zack like a pancake, and that counts as a death. You guessed it--King Growl is a boss.

Of course, Zack & Wiki doesn't play like a normal game. This is a point-and-click adventure. Zack has no way to attack King Growl. Instead, Zack will have to find some way to get around him. Zack will have to outwit him somehow, and he'll have to use everything in the landscape to do so.

God, I love that cutscene XD.

But anyway, onto the boss. It took me ages to figure it all out. And for once I didn't use an Oracle Doll (I'm too impatient to figure it out XD). But I didn't realize you could go up and fetch the bowl, I thought the King would kill you. But after that it was easy.

I freely experimented, which means my save file has a pretty high body count right now. (The record currently stands at five deaths in "Keeper of the Ice.")

You can see from the death montage in this video that I forgot the Batbrella at one point, of course.

I'm quite a lot higher than that in Keeper of Ice. I still can't quite figure it out. I think I'll wait to see how you do it though.

Why didn't you put the marker on the blue X.

I assume that's what the Secret Map you earned last video got you, a location for that.

What happened was that I didn't realize it was a pin. I thought it was just a Maddy sticker or something, and I wanted to put the little Maddy symbol on top of the blue X.
