SO i purchase some hcg the hucog brand from reliablerxpharmacy am after watching a fue video i am freaking out that it might be fake hcg have you ever had any bad experience with them i watch alot of you video but the only hucog hcg you tryed was injection mamaclok help me please :(

@ginnita29 Why do you think its fake? You can test it on a pregnancy test. There are videos on how to test it.

i am just starting mine tomorrow i know it says to start the first 2 days eating normal but if i dont do that will it hurt me? also, i wont be following the diet precisely but i will be eating less than 500 cal a day on veggies and fruits only

@kobel64 The protocol will not work correctly if you don't follow its "rules" 100%.

@zealousii Yes-I've kept it off. I maintain my weight by eating a low carb diet. I don't eat any foods w/ white sugar or white flour. I just made a new video several days ago so I'm still alive :-)

@Krendob It can be very hard-especially towards the end of the round---consider maybe just doing the shorter 23 day round if u want to do hcg again. My motivation was my weight---I just HAD to get it off!!!! HCG takes it off quickly and I always told myself the hardships were only temporary :-)

Yeah! It works if you're faithful. I lost 30+ lbs and am wearing a smaller size pants than I ever did when I was thin! I have 20 lbs more to lose and will do it this year. It is sometimes harder at the end. I learned if you need to just do 30-days hcg, do the maintenance, let your body & your mind get used to that level, & then do another 30 days. I've done it twice. The first time I lost 20 lbs. and the last I lost 10+. I'm 55 & going for the last 20! You CAN do it if you want it bad enough!
