ARIA BUFFET ON OPENING DAY DECEMBER 17, 2009 LAS VEGAS

A quick and dirty run through of the ARIA Buffet.

Aria opened on Thursday Dec. 17th at midnight and this video was recorded sometime around 1pm that same day. Suffice to say this is probably one of the first public videos of this new buffet.

Aria is the Hotel / Casino / Resort that's part of the massive Citycenter complex on The Strip in Las Vegas.

Oh, the buffet was not bad! I wish they had a bigger salad bar but all in all, this was an excellent buffet for the price.

And unlike some of the other casinos, which require you to navigate an intentional maze to find the buffet, this one is just up a long escalator.

I believe the price for the lunch buffet was $15, which is a fantastic deal considering the quality of the food. You get raw oysters and clams and big shrimps and crab legs, etc The indian section was especially good. As you can see from my video, some guy was demonstrating how to make flat breads.

The selection might now be as good as the Bellagio or the Wynn, but the quality is right up there.

Great on being the first person to post this buffet. I was able to walk around Aria buffet at 12 am in the morning after the grand finale of the fireworks. they allowed us to take a tour of their buffet. I like the modern decor of their buffet. I didn't get to eat there because Ive to be back home in Los Angeles.

I visited Vegas about 2 times a year. Maybe the next visit I will try out this buffet.

better then mirage PH TI Venetian and tied with bellagio. I mean where else would you find raw oyster. They are $2.75 a piece at mohegan sun!

It looks pretty good to me. I have had some really bad buffets in Vegas, and this does not look like it would fall into that category. I like that they have raw oysters on the buffet, because my husband loves them. Me I just want some Alaksan king crab legs and prime rib. The desserts looked really,really good. Makes me hungry. I will be staying at the aria at the end of the month. I love the comtempo/art deco look myself.

Looks like a serfice deli in the background. After watching this, I probably won't be visiting the buffet! Aria should demand you pull it! It looks so unappetizing.
