  • im a sophomore and on the football team n i deadlift 315-320 durind my normal reps, n im squating around 375

  • @jscioli83 im 5'10 157 pounds and i can barley get this once and ive been working out for about 4 months now but like zero said bring your shins to the bar and litterally drag the bar up your shins. head and shoulders back.

  • double overhand grip..very impressive! form needs a little work(no offense) try keeping the bar brushing against your legs through out the whole lift...it will give your body the most leverage and will make the lift look cleaner...
