im a sophomore and on the football team n i deadlift 315-320 durind my normal reps, n im squating around 375

@jscioli83 im 5'10 157 pounds and i can barley get this once and ive been working out for about 4 months now but like zero said bring your shins to the bar and litterally drag the bar up your shins. head and shoulders back.

double overhand grip..very impressive! form needs a little work(no offense) try keeping the bar brushing against your legs through out the whole lift...it will give your body the most leverage and will make the lift look cleaner...

Bending wayyyyyy too much at the waist, bury that ass and get your knees and shins over the bar more! You're risking a serious lower back injury bro!
