Funny stuff, I like it but have NO knowledge the cartoon, it's caricatures or creators and I know my classic cartoons. Must be a good reason for that.. This "cartoon" is worse than clutch cargo, but Cartoon Dump is all the better for it.. I will be back..

Was Bucky and Pepito made after Bugs Bunny? I'd never even heard of this cartoon until yesterday.
Did someone seriously think this was funny? Was there an actually for real human being who thought, completely honestly, that "Bucky and Pepito" was funny? Is this what they thought passed for comedy? The racismbots in Transformers 2 are funnier than this. Milk Money is funnier than this. Hell, RATATOING is funnier than this!
