@Megamoniemoon No. Gackupo is not Gumi's brother. Although they were created by the same company they are not related by blood. How the two are related depends on the song. If the song makes it so that they are brothers and sisters then they will be, if the song makes them lovers, then they are lovers. I hope this helps clear things up. ^^
