ok this questions gonna sound stupid but i thought naruto got gaara back from deidara and sasori so how did gaara end up back with the akatsuki does he get recaptured sorry im way behind on the manga and anime.

Gaara never gets captured by Akatsuki again, since they have no use for him anymore after extracting his Bijuu.

Pein did beat Naruto a couple of times. Naruto just got lucky and went Kyubbi. Which should of knocked him out after.

Anyways Pein could of killed of him, but he needed to capture him. That is way harder to do then just kills someone.

But you have to see how much he loved his friends...more than Jiraya. Jiraya was like a mentor and sensei for Nagato, but when he lost his friends too , he broke apart. He didn't have anyone else to protect except his own people of Amegakure . Jiraya according to him was there for them during the Ninja war but left them later to fend for themselves. And Jiraya too was an outsider. So Pein did what he had to do..protect, but his mistake was that he trusted MADARA...and he later realizes it.

...does nobody know how to spell his name? its PAIN not PEIN. when we first saw him, it was in the spanish version, so we translated the name and it came out as pein, but when translated from japanese (and how the subtitles in naruto ninja storm to) it is indeed PAIN
