Hi, I saw your video about device or mobile with VRI (Video Remote Interpreter) I am from USA and want to know how it work? We in USA do have VRI but not on mobile or device like you have one. Hope you can give me general of description about VRI on mobile. Thanks very much for showing your awesome video.

Thank you for your question about Video Telephony. Here is some information about the service.

This service means that a sign language interpreter relays calls or distance interprets between sign language and speech. The person who knows sign language uses a videophone (ISDN, IP-based or 3G) while the person who can hear uses an ordinary telephone. Both the user and the hearing person can contact the Relay Service.

Thanks for your opportunity to answer on my comment. That was awesome for deaf people to have a better communicate with hearings through distance interpreter with relay agency. I was wondering if you could make your video with closed captions as translate in American language so we can view and understand what those were saying? I can show my government agency about your video and prove that those deaf people of USA that can use distance interpreter through Relay Service.

Not need American language. Just tell them put English subtitle. Hope they're willing do that. I really want that in USA. So everyone deaf people will be happy to communicate with parent, hearing friends, co-worker, church, and adventure. I pray and look forward to hear from VRS provide.
