It's close, but Cap can take Supes. Supes is a bit stronger, but Cap has like triple the fighting ability. All else is pretty much the same.

It's like a heavy weight MMA champion (Cap) versus some giant tough guy (supes).

@TheGoalSetter I agree with 1/2 your statement. Supes is stronger. But he has more experience fighting and more durability, stamina and that's what gets him topping Cap.

@bodhiguy Both had enough experience to max out their being-type fighting ability long ago. On a scale of 1 to 100, Kryptonians (like humans) max out at around 35 (like Batman and Conan), but CM is a magical being...his max is 100 (like Thor and Wonder Woman).

I believe SM is a bit more durable than CM, but stamina, regen, etc is the same. SM's laser eyes? CM has a ton of powers they rarely show (weather control, teleportation, telepathy).

Still, it is very close.
